One cup makes approximately 5 cups of sprouts. Soak seed overnight. Sprouting time 7-10 days. Tray or container can be used to sow seed remembering to keep moist (seed may rot if over watered). Sprout length 5-10cm. You can cut sprouts just above soil level when 2 leaves appear. Rinse and drain. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for 7-14 days.
